The appraisal system would prescreen employees for their ability to plan, prioritize and effectively manage the assigned tasks. It has set of rules to evaluate on the basis of resourcefulness, team work, managerial proficiency, risk taking ability etc. Depending on these evaluations, the employees are appraised monetarily at specific intervals. It ensures visibility on what our staff is working on through its in-built set of analytical reports. EAMS also supports the regular monitoring of progress throughout the year with its built-in review meetings.
